Today is gloomy, rainy, and we are driving 7 hours to Baton Rouge to do a one nighter. The last time I was on the road I was gone for 8 days. Today is just 1. Sam moved in and it’s very comforting knowing she’s at home waiting for me.

I’ve struggled to feel healthy lately. I desperately need to change my diet. Last night I spent three hours thinking I was going to pass out or throw up. Sam thinks it might be appendicitis. I’m only gone for one day and it feels like I’m falling apart.
